Opened cans cannot be returned. Cans that have been chewed from cannot be returned. Cans that have been used as a percussion instrument may be returned for store credit only, and only if the can has not been dented beyond ordinary use.

To begin a return, write to returns@nutsngum.example with your order number. We will issue a prepaid label within one business day.

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment within five business days of our receiving the can. If your can was a gift, we can quietly refund the giver without alerting the recipient — an option many of our customers find useful.
